Product Storage
If Tony’s Appliance stores the product for 30 days or more, the payment is due in full at the time of purchase.
Canceling or changing order before delivery or pick up
In Stock Item
If a customer cancels their order of an in stock item, there will be no restocking fee.
If customer paid via credit card, there is a 3% credit card fee on the return to cover credit card charges.
Special Order Items
If a customer cancels or changes their order before it has shipped from the vendor, there will be no restocking fee.
If a customer cancels or changes their order after it has shipped from the vendor, there will be a 20% restocking fee.

In Stock Item
There will be a minimum 20% restocking fee on the return of any product that Tony’s Appliance has in stock.
Installation charges are not refundable.
There is a minimum fee of $135.00 to pick up an appliance that has already been delivered.
Product must be in original condition with no damage and all parts in unit.
Special Order Items
There will be a minimum 30% restocking fee on the return of any special order product.
