At Tony's Appliance interaction with our customers does not stop at the purchase or at delivery and installation of the products. If service is required in the future, you can rest assured of the same dedication to exceptional assistance. Our factory-trained service technicians are readily available to handle your service needs in a prompt, professional approach.

Our service has steadily grown over the last 35 years, due mainly to word of mouth referrals from our many satisfied customers. We are very proud of the fact that most of our customers are repeat customers and have been with us since we started in 1983. We service washers, dryers, ranges, wall ovens, cooktops, microwaves, dishwashers, ice makers, compactors, refrigerators, freezers, furnaces, air conditioners, humidifiers, water heaters, water softeners and water filters. We offer appliance repair service 6 days a week (closed Sundays) to meet your repair needs. Our fee to send a technician out and diagnose the problem is $119.00. Should you choose not to repair the appliance a portion of that fee is applied towards a new appliance purchase.

Our parts department is open 6 days a week (closed Sundays) and we offer free telephone advice. We stock hundreds of parts for most major brand appliances, furnaces, air conditioners, water heaters, and water softeners. We utilize a network of distributors nationwide to expedite parts that are difficult to find.

Delivery & Installation

Let the experienced professionals at Tony's Appliance handle your delivery and installation needs. Our knowledgeable experts will assure that your new products arrive safely and are installed properly. The new appliance will be tested to make sure it works correctly and all packing materials will be removed from your home. Any questions or needs you may have will be handled promptly and professionally.

Professional installation is recommended on certain products, and in some cases necessary to ensure warranty protection coverage. Our Customer Service Representative can help you decide which installation options are best for you. And be sure to ask about possible delivery incentives and/or rebates available in your area.
